Here's a front view of Dusty's foot. You can notice how the shoe is left slightly wide on the inside to support the inside wall in which he loads his weight causing it to be a little more upright than the outside wall. Leaving the shoe wide will support his bone structure in his legs and not just the foot alone. Over time the foot will slowly correct itself.
